The Banco Europeo de Finanzas came into being in April 2007 as a financial project of cooperation between the Andalusian savings banks, in an ever more globalised, competitive environment.

This is a strategic alliance between the Andalusian Savings Banks, which will give access to larger projects and enable all profitable programmes and projects to receive broader support, with a special focus in those carried out in the Andalusian Autonomous Community.
